Stepped animations.

Known to work in Chrome 1, Firefox 3, IE 7, Opera 9.63, Safari 2 and 3. Occasionally the animation glitches for no apparent reason. This mainly affects Safari but can happen in other browsers.
IE 6 flicker bug fixed for versions of IE 6 that can sucessfully run the code document.execCommand("BackgroundImageCache", false, true). This prevents IE 6 trying to download pictures while animating. I used IE 6 with Multiple IEs (TredoSoft) and the background flicker/cache fix (Hedger Wang) seemed not to work. However, once I got on a real IE 6 all was well. Basically, if the fix works then so will the animation, otherwise nothing will happen.
